2012, Here I Go

Those are my cupcakes. My mini vegan cupcakes on display at a friend's beautiful wedding. 

My biggest wish for this new year is to have my cupcakes on display everywhere.

Crisp Gingersnaps

Please excuse my lack of modesty, but these are some pretty perfect lookin' gingersnaps.I made them for Christmas dessert to accompany some vanilla ice cream and salted caramel sauce. And in 10 hours, I will see how that turns out.

Sour Cream-Chicken Mini Casseroles

Please excuse the name of this post. They're basically enchiladas in a bowl, but "Sour Cream-Chicken Enchiladas in a Bowl" sounded too weird to me.

With that said, you should definitely make these, in a bowl, in a casserole dish, in a whatever. They are delicious.
